Terms and Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing Crank N Go Mobile Mechanic LLC. We are proud to serve Central Florida with mobile repair services designed to deliver convenience, professionalism, and quality workmanship. To ensure transparency and maintain a positive working relationship with all of our clients, we’ve outlined the following Terms and Payment Policy. Please read these terms carefully before approving any work or making a payment.
1.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:
Cash
Credit/Debit Cards (processed via secure merchant platform)
Zelle
Cash App
Apple Pay
Business or Certified Checks (only with prior approval)
Online Invoice Payments (via secure link provided at service completion)
Personal checks and post-dated checks are not accepted without prior arrangement and approval.
2.
Diagnostic Fee Policy
All diagnostic visits require a non-refundable diagnostic fee, which is due at the time of service. This fee covers labor, time, and equipment use required to identify the issue accurately.
If you choose to move forward with the repairs, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost, at the technician’s discretion.
3.
Parts Deposits
For certain repairs, especially those involving special-order, OEM, or expensive components, Crank N Go may require a 50–100% parts deposit in advance. Parts will not be ordered or reserved until this deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable once the part is ordered.
If the job is canceled after parts are ordered, Crank N Go reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover associated costs and restocking fees.
4.
Final Payment Due Upon Completion
Payment for labor, parts, supplies, and applicable taxes is due in full immediately upon job completion unless a written agreement states otherwise. Delayed or partial payment will not be accepted without prior written approval.
If the customer is unavailable to make payment upon job completion, Crank N Go reserves the right to disable the vehicle (where safe and legal), retain possession of keys, or schedule return of the vehicle upon full payment.
5.
Late Payments and Fees
Failure to pay your invoice within 48 hours of service completion will result in a $25 late fee, plus an interest charge of 1.5% per week on the remaining balance. Unpaid invoices beyond 15 days may be sent to collections or pursued through legal action. Any associated fees, attorney’s costs, and court expenses will be the customer’s responsibility.
6.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 12-hour notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee, especially if travel time has already been committed or parts were ordered in preparation.
If you no-call/no-show an appointment, Crank N Go may decline future service requests unless a deposit or prepayment is made in advance.
7.
Refunds and Warranty Policy
Labor: All labor charges are final. No refunds will be issued once service has been completed.
Parts: Warranties on parts vary by manufacturer. If a part fails within its warranty period, we will facilitate the claim and replacement according to the supplier’s terms.
Labor Warranty (if offered): Some jobs may include a limited labor warranty, which will be stated in writing on your invoice. Improper use of the vehicle, third-party interference, or tampering voids any warranties.
Warranties do not cover issues resulting from unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, or future mechanical problems.
8.
Returned Checks or Reversed Electronic Payments
If a check is returned or a digital payment is reversed due to insufficient funds or dispute, a $40 service fee will be added to the balance owed. Immediate repayment is required. Unresolved payment reversals will be turned over to collections and may result in legal consequences.
9.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a successful and timely repair process, the customer must:
Ensure the vehicle or equipment is accessible at the agreed location and time.
Provide accurate vehicle information including VIN, year, make, model, and a full description of symptoms or issues.
Approve all repair costs and parts prior to service.
Be present (or designate someone with decision-making authority) to authorize or approve additional repairs if needed.
If access is delayed or denied, Crank N Go may assess a trip charge and reschedule the job.
10.
Right to Refuse or Halt Service
Crank N Go Mobile Mechanic LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop service at any time due to:
Unsafe working conditions
Customer harassment, threats, or hostility
Inability to access the vehicle
Discovery of significant unreported issues
Customer refusal to approve or pay for required work
In these cases, a service fee may still be charged for time and travel.
11.
Estimates vs. Final Charges
All written or verbal estimates are approximate based on the information available at the time. Additional labor, tools, or parts required to complete the repair may affect the final invoice. Crank N Go will make every effort to notify the customer of any significant changes prior to incurring additional charges.
12.
Storage and Abandonment
If a vehicle is towed or stored by Crank N Go for any reason, a storage fee of $25 per day may apply after 48 hours. Vehicles or equipment left unpaid or unclaimed for over 30 days may be considered abandoned and subject to lien or sale under applicable Florida law.
13.
Customer Consent
By approving a repair, placing a deposit, or making a payment to Crank N Go Mobile Mechanic LLC, you agree to the terms and policies described herein. A printed or digital copy of these policies is available upon request and posted publicly at www.crankngomobilemechanic.com.
